Training description
Purchasing tasks require a wide range of skills. A successful buyer is able to pay attention to all aspects of a procurement. A solution based solely on price is often not the best option. Managing the whole is key.
In the bidding process and negotiations, in addition to costs, you must also pay attention to the supplier's delivery reliability, negotiable order and payment terms, logistical solutions, and, for example, be able to communicate with different types of personalities. Only by managing the procurement process as a whole can you make competitive choices for the company in the long term.
