Business-oriented category management (2 days)
Business-oriented category management strengthens an organization's strategic procurement expertise, because category management is one of the most important ways to increase procurement efficiency and productivity.
The training is organized in collaboration with Innodea Oy. The trainers are Hanna Pajunen-Muhonen and Lauri Vihonen. It can be implemented as face-to-face, distance or multi-modal training.

Education in a nutshell
- Coaching tailored to the team and client. The goals, content, structure and duration are agreed upon before the training. The training may include preliminary, intermediate and final tasks as agreed, as well as training material.
- Duration 2 days, can be implemented in 1-4 parts as face-to-face, blended or distance learning. Number of participants: group size maximum 15
- The training will be invoiced in one installment approximately two weeks before it begins and it is possible to cancel it free of charge 14 days before the start of the training.
- The price includes 24% VAT. The customer is responsible for travel, accommodation and other practical arrangements and their costs. Depending on the location of the training venue, travel costs may be charged.
