It can be implemented as face-to-face, distance, and multi-format training.
Training description
This two-day, company-specific workshop is the second in a series of two workshops. This workshop builds on the first workshop, which builds an analytics tool, and focuses on refining and utilizing purchasing data.

- You know how to maintain a purchasing analytics tool in your own organization
- You can use rules to group events into value-generating entities and use them to identify areas for development in procurement.
- You produce the first version of the development plan

- The workshop is intended for everyone who works in purchasing and procurement development, management or managerial positions, as well as for all experts responsible for procurement development.
- Participation in the workshop is a prerequisite for participating in the purchasing analytics tool building workshop.

- The process and concepts of purchasing analytics describe the information and value processes and the key concepts of the Spendata tool.
- The Information Process section focuses on adding new information, deleting information, and replacing information with new information.
- The focus of the value process is on grouping purchasing data to better identify development targets.
- The action plan section describes, identifies and prioritizes the identified development targets.
The workshop can utilize the online learning environment and data bank.

Education in a nutshell
- A workshop tailored to the team and client. The objectives, content, structure and duration are agreed upon before the workshop. The workshop may include preliminary, intermediate and final tasks as agreed, as well as training material.
- Participants will adopt a trial or regular version of the Spendata analytics tool before the workshop.
- Duration 2 days, can be implemented in 1-4 parts as a local, multi-modal or remote workshop.
- Number of participants: group size maximum 5
- The workshop will be invoiced in one installment approximately two weeks before it begins and it is possible to cancel it free of charge 14 days before the start of the training.
- The price includes 24% VAT. The customer is responsible for travel, accommodation and other practical arrangements and their costs. Depending on the location of the training venue, travel costs may be charged.
