Information session on successful management of procurement projects (2 days).
In this participatory and practical training, you will learn about the professional implementation of various procurement projects, especially from a procurement perspective. You will receive practical tools for the different phases of the project that you can immediately utilize in your own company.
Two-day, tailor-made company-specific face-to-face, distance or multi-modal training, which can be implemented in parts 1-4 as multi-modal training, with a maximum of 15 participants.
Training description
Most procurement decisions require change, which can be implemented as small or large projects. Therefore, everyone working in procurement should be familiar with the basics of project management, especially from a procurement perspective. These skills are needed both within their own company and in joint projects with subcontractors and suppliers.
In this participatory and practical training, you will learn about the professional implementation of various procurement projects, especially from a procurement perspective. You will receive practical tools for the different phases of the project that you can immediately utilize in your own company.
After completing the training:
- You understand the basics of project management and know how to apply them to procurement
- You know the roles and responsibilities of those participating in the project

The training is suitable for all people working in management, development or operational positions in procurement and supply chain management, whose tasks involve the implementation of various projects or participation in them. All training examples and tasks are related to procurement.
The training is implemented using interactive, participatory methods, where the information learned is immediately applied in practice. The training outputs are compiled into a Playbook for participants to use, which helps them apply the key themes and content of the training in practice.

Education in a nutshell
- Coaching tailored to the team and client. Goals, content, structure and duration are agreed upon before the training. Number of participants: maximum group size 15
- Duration 2 days, can be implemented in 1-4 parts as face-to-face, mixed-mode or distance learning. The training may include preliminary, intermediate and final assignments according to the agreement.
- The price includes training materials. The training will be invoiced in one installment approximately two weeks before the start of the training and it is possible to cancel it free of charge 14 days before the start of the training.
- The price includes 24% VAT. The customer is responsible for travel, accommodation and other practical arrangements and their costs. Depending on the location of the training venue, travel costs may be charged.
